Our four bodies are our pillars. Our mind, emotions, physical and spiritual body thrive through alignment. When one or two are out of balance, our entire structure is off course. What causes this imbalance? Stored experiences and emotions, physical/emotional pain, thought patterns, ways of living and thinking that no longer serve who you are in this present moment.

Options of Service:

45minutes: Focuses on a specific areas of concern. All other areas are touched on for a shorter length of time. One card pull for guidance at the end.

1hr and 15min: Focuses on one or more areas of concern. More time spent on the rest of the physical and energetic body. 2-3 card pull for next step guidance

2 hours: Focuses on  multiple areas of concern with a balance focused on the remainder of the physical and spiritual body. 40 minute card and guidance session. Can be split into two sessions.
